As a last step before submitting your file to print, we recommend that you make a prototype of your printed material. A doll is a simple print, usually done at home, to evaluate typos, position of the elements, contrasts and to have a vision of how the material will be after printing.
Home Prototype Imposition

The imposition begins by positioning the cover with the fourth cover. That is, the first page is next to the last page, and the second page next to the last one. In this example we have page 1 and page 4 attached in imposition with page 2 and page 3.
If you can not print your two-sided Prototype, stick both sides in compliance with the imposition. Mark the fold in its proper place and fold your doll inside, leaving the first and last page on the outside.
Printing and assembly of the prototype

Try to print the prototype in the approximate size of the actual format. The print of the doll can be in black and white and / or inkjet printer. If your material is printed on both front and back, adhere to the imposition (see above) required for proper closure.
If you can not print your two-sided prototype, stick both sides in compliance with the imposition. Mark the fold in its proper place and fold your prototype inside, leaving the first and last page on the outside.
Remember:
the intention of the prototype is to be able to verify possible errors in the development of the art, mainly typos, spelling and grammar. In addition, it makes it possible to simulate the physical result of the material.
